Export your Contacts from HubSpot to xls, xlsx, and csv formats easily

In the Menu go to CRM - Contacts
- Choose the Contacts that you want to export.
- If you want to export some specific properties, create a View with these properties.
Add and organize the properties you want to include in the Excel (or CSV) file and return to the Contacts view.
Choose the Contacts, that you want to export.
Click on Export
In the pop-up window choose one of the Excel formats.
I recommend choosing Only Properties in the view to avoid a mess from exporting all the properties from HubSpot
If you want to add all the email addresses of the contacts, instead of the main one, mark this option.If no - remain as it is.
Click on Export
That's all! Now the file is added to your downloads and you can open it in Excel.
